ON-DEMAND STARTING DAY: Customers can start service any day of the year and will only be billed when the specific service is requested for use.
MONTHLY PLANS STARTING DAY: Customers can start service any day of the year and will be billed on your first day of subscription.
ANNUAL PLANS STARTING DAY: Customers start service based on the specific annual plan selected and will be billed on your first day of subscription. Annual plans consist of a one-time payment with no refund available.
SERVICE: Laundry is washed, dried, folded, & returned in a supplied LOU bag. Medium/dark colors are washed in cold and whites in warm; all clothes are dried on medium heat. While LOU makes every effort to sort misplaced garments, we are not responsible for damages to non-washable clothing received in bundled bags. Check your care labels on garments before placing them in your bundle bag to ensure it can go through a wash, dry, and fold process. While LOU makes every attempt to detect and remove foreign objects from pockets or compartments, LOU does not guarantee its success in doing so. Furthermore LOU is not responsible for damage to clothing or to the foreign object resulting from our process. Objects found are returned no matter what the value.
CHARGES: All services consist of 20 pound provisions. If the bag weight exceeds the provision, the excess is charged at $1.50 per pound.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Any laundry picked up or dropped off at our location containing potentially hazardous materials or a quantity of soil that requires extra processing will result in a $15 Heavy Duty charge per instance / soiled garment requiring extra processing. Examples include, heavy mud, heavy food and stains, bodily fluids, paint, oil, etc.
PAYMENT/DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS: Account balances are charged to the Payment Source given at registration. Invalid cards require prompt payment or late fees could be applied until the balance is current. 30-day overdue accounts will result in the cancelation of a monthly plan.
SERVICE CHANGES/NOTIFICATIONS & ACCOUNT INFORMATION: LOU is subject to adjust service hours during holidays and winter weather conditions. Notifications will be carried out to customers via email, phone, SMS, or combined efforts. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of account information on file, including but not limited to mobile phone number, existing home phone, email, and existing home address. LOU is not responsible for missed notifications or service announcements from invalid contact information.
PICKUP & DELIVERY: LOU is not responsible for laundry before pick up or after delivery.
REPORTING: All claims (including missing/damaged items) must be reported within 48 hrs from pick up or drop off. Due to variations in fabrics and dyes LOU cannot guarantee against color loss, bleeding, and shrinkage when following manufacturer’s care instructions. We take additional steps to remove stains that are identified prior to processing, but LOU cannot guarantee removal of existing stains. We try to remove and return items from pockets, but LOU is not responsible for items left in clothing or any resulting damage.
CANCELATION: If subscribed to a monthly plan, your monthly plan can be cancelled in one of the following ways: 1) Calling our office at 812-567-3653. 2.) Emailing our customer service team at info@laundryonus.com.
REFUND POLICY: If subscribed to a monthly plan, you are free to cancel at any time, as your purchase is pre-paying for a monthly service. After cancellation, we will no longer charge your card, but past charges will not be refunded. Any paid weeks left in the remainder of the month will not be refunded. If subscribed to an annual plan, you are free to cancel at any time, as your purchase is pre-paying for an annual service. The annual plan is a one-time payment upon subscription. Any paid weeks left in the remainder of the subscribed year will not be refunded. Similar to the company Netflix, you might as well enjoy the rest of the month or year of service you paid for.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content included on the Sites such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, and other material (collectively “Content”) is owned or licensed property of Laundry On Us, its suppliers or licensors. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights. The collection, arrangement and assembly of all Content on the Sites is the exclusive property of Laundry On Us and is protected by U.S. copyright laws. Laundry On Us, its suppliers and licensors, expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all Content.
